Where do our vehicles come from?



Each one of our vehicles is from our member's listing. Rest assured that we don't sell cars or broker car sales. You can inquire about a listed vehicle by reaching out to the seller via the bid form found on all of our listing pages.

I'd like to sell my used/damaged vehicle



We can help you with selling your used or damaged vehicle, and get the best deal through our auction's high potential. Listing your vehicle is free, but there will be a $99 commission for the company if you are able to close a deal.

What is the fee to become a member of CCACAR?



There is 0% membership fee on CCACAR. It's absolutely free -with no hidden charges and processing fee!

What are the requirements to join CCACAR?



You must provide your contact information in order to become a member. You will need a valid email address and a valid driver's license or a passport if you are an international customer.

Why do you need a copy of my ID?



A copy of your ID is required for your security and protection. It is used to verify the name on your account and to ensure that all the information provided is consistent with the individual who purchased the vehicle.It is also needed to verify that the member is over the age of 18. We only accept government-issued photo IDs including government-issued identification card, driver's license, or passport.

How do I place a bid?



You will find multiple auctions running on our website, and most of them are dynamic auction. It has a simple and straightforward system that runs like your regular auction, where you bid against other bidders until the auction is done and see the highest bid in real-time.

You won't be able to bid anymore after the auction period ends. You can either choose to enter your bid manually, or let a bid agent do the work for you. It will be up to you on what approach you want to use for bidding.

You can verify whether your bid was accepted ten business days or less after the auction ended.

Can I cancel my bid?



We take things seriously in this business. Make sure that you are sure and confident in your bid before placing it in the auction. We want to remind you that once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or reduced in any way.

If by chance that you accidentally placed a bid and won the auction, you will be responsible for the vehicle and for completing the sale.

How do I know that I am the highest bidder?



You will be sent an email to inform you that you are the highest bidder and that the sale has been completed. After winning the preliminary bid, you will be represented by CCACAR system in the live auction. We will bid the next highest increment throughout the auction until your maximum bid is reached, in order to help you win the bid at the lowest possible cost. If the auction ended with you as the highest bidder, we will send you an email to notify that the auction has ended and the sale has been completed.

All winning bids will go through an approval process of the seller or vehicle owner, which can take up to two business days. After your winning bid is approved, a confirmation email with your invoice will be sent to you and your account will automatically update under the 'Purchases' section.

How can I learn about the damage to the vehicle?



Please note that we do not have a damage report or full description of the vehicles in the auction. However, you can find a brief description of Loss Type and Damage Type under the Vehicle Description section of each listing to get an idea of the vehicle's state.
